The Kansas City Film Critics Circle Awards Shines Spotlight on ‘One Battle After Another’ as Best Film

In a thrilling announcement, the Kansas City Film Critics Circle (KCFCC)—the second oldest professional film critics group in the United States—has revealed the winners of its 60th annual awards ceremony. The film ‘One Battle After Another,’ directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, has taken home the coveted title of Best Film. Additionally, it garnered awards for Best Director, with Anderson again receiving recognition for his visionary work, as well as Best Supporting Actor for Sean Penn, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Cinematography.

But that's just the beginning! The film ‘Sinners’ also made a significant impact, sweeping three awards, including Best Actor for Michael B.
